Man is attracted to beauty as iron it to the magnet. Beauty is magnetic. Since time immemorial man has been running in the pursuit of beauty. Beauty is a concept that is given undue advantage and can pave the way for many goals. Beauty is treated like that elusive gem, it is not granted to all by god. Only a selected few are gifted with and they use it to their full potential. We will always find ourselves running after external beauty and without having the slightest idea of what lie beneath. External beauty as they say is only skin deep and will fade away with age. What we will carry to our graves are the deeds we don and our inner beauty.
What the people of today need to be aware of it that the way to judge a person is not way he looks but by the way he behaves and his moral values. If people are asked to define beauty, most of them will come up with absurd answers. We really don’t know what beauty is. For most of us beauty is only what is pleasing to the eyes. Beauty casts its spell on everyone. In ancient time people were so spellbound by it that females were worshiped as goddesses for their beauty.
Hindus have been worshipping a goddess as a goddess of money and fertility since ages. When a new female in a family brings monetary gains she is termed as an incarnation of the goddess while when some bad luck hits the family along with the arrival
of a newly born girl child or a daughter in-law they term it as bad omen and that the girl brought with her ad luck and that she is ill fated.
Diamonds have also been treated as a symbol of beauty, and most of the time diamonds and women are correlated and synonymous with each other. Women have had this misconception that diamonds enhance their beauty and all of them love t flaunt them unaware of the fact that it is not the diamonds men adore and pursue. It is the beauty in the eyes of them women and the mystic sense of attraction that pulls men towards women and not the diamonds they wear.

People who have oily skin always suffer from the problem of having a glowing and shiny skin. Most of us can blame it on our genetic buildup and also on our eating habits. Oily skin can also be caused by production of excessive oils in our body that is why most girls get pimples during their menstrual cycles because at that time they have excessive hormones being produced in their bodies. Oily skin can be easily managed by following a few simple steps. We can easily avoid oily skin by drinking plenty of water and keeping our skin well hydrated. We should also consume sufficient amount of vitamins and minerals to get that glow on our skin but avoid consuming them in excess because that is harmful for our bodies.
If we have oily skin we should avoid touching our skin again and again as this will block the pores and deposit germs o our skin and lead to pimples. When should never try to prick the pimples on our skin because they leave ugly scars behind and also might lead to further infection and pain. When hairs fall on our face or touch our face for prolonged periods of time that too leads to pimples and we should avoid our hair falling on our face. To manage oily skin we should also awash our face with a face wash or with
plain water but not with soap because soap has the tendency of drying up our skin removing all the essential oils from the surface making it tight and dull. Another way of treating problems resulting from oily skin is to go in for acne care treatment. Consult a skin specialist and go in for a proper treatment that will help a lot in keeping the skin clean and blemish free.
Before applying make up on oily skin, we should thoroughly clean our skin with some oil-based moisturizer, as it will help remove the excessive oil on our face. We can also try cleansing our skin by treating it with some mudpacks every now and then. Specific make up for oily skin is available in the market and it is a lot less harsh than the normal make up we use. The most important point while choosing make up should be that it should be of good quality.

People have worn necklaces since a long time. Even the primitive people used to wear necklaces to flaunt their bravery with the necklaces being built of animal teeth and horns. They can be of any size that the people wish. Short or long or thin or thick, anything the person wearing wishes it to be. But these days they are fast becoming a symbol of your wealth with the material indicating the amount of money spent on it. People are beginning to flaunt not just one but even two or three at a time. Specially women wear them most of the time, may it be made of pearls, gold, platinum or may be even diamonds.
Youngsters on the other hand wear more trendy necklaces and avoid gaudy and shiny metals like gold and diamonds. They wear the necklaces to match their clothes or they may wear necklaces that show their zodiac signs or may be any abstract shape.
Necklaces are also being used for religious purposes with many people wearing necklaces they are told to wear by the elderly or some saints or priests. Some people wear necklaces to ward of evil or even to bring good luck. Some wear religious symbols as pendants to show their concern or affection for their religion and some might even wea
r pendants of different religions. Necklaces might also be worn for some special purposed with some specific stones as pendants like for good luck in a new business or for getting married etc.
Many women prefer to wear pearl necklaces as they are beautiful and look elegant. It is also a symbol of wealth and status. Pearl necklaces most of the times are made of fake pearls because original pearls are very rare and very expensive. Mostly pearl necklaces come in white but might also be colored according to the demand of the buyer. Most pearl necklaces have pearls of the same size but the size might differ slightly as they are not manufactured but found in the sea. The pearls are priced according to the size and larger the pearl more expensive it is.

Beauty transcends time, or so they say. And what is more memorable than the face of a person to ascertain the beauty of that creature. When we see someone, the first thing we tend to do is look at their face. Their face is like a book. We read people by their expressions and looks. We rate people by the way they appear as well, of course, but the face accounts for a great deal.
How many times have we seen a beautiful woman crossing the street, and stopped to look at her? Probably many a times. If you try and remember, you will realize that you may have seen the face of the person first and appreciated their beauty on the basis of their facial features. This is not to say that we don’t look at other aspects in a person, but the face tends to be the yardstick for the measure of beauty in a person.
Some believe that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Others believe that beauty is in the eyes. Whatever the case may be, one cannot deny the importance of understanding beauty in a person through their face.

Beauty for some is contained within the narrow confines of what is a territory for only females. But this is not the case as beauty is alike for both male and female and that is why there is a newly rising class of conscious male counterparts who spend a lot of time in gyms, salons and massage parlors to understand their true beauty.
The new male does not fret from going for a pedicure or a manicure to keep
his nail soft. He even goes for waxing and shaves the unwanted hair on the body to have the perfect clean look. The new male are conscious of the way they walk, talk or eat and hence are on the same footing as any female of today. They are very conscious of what they wear and what lifestyle statement they make and are no longer seen in a pair of normal jeans and T Shirts. There is a whole new range of fashionable clothes which personify both their beauty and masculinity.
Hence beauty is something which is gaining newer meanings and dimensions even among men of all age brackets as they too are venturing into understanding their creative instincts.

For women, beauty is synonymous with good looks, and maybe a little bit of vanity. There are few women who will not stop and look at a mirror or reflection in a shop window. Some, but a very few, believe that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Most women will tell you that good looks is the essence of beauty.
Women spend loads of time in parlors and fitness centers trying to look their best for their family and friends, and loved ones. They will put on make-up to look more beautiful, and endure even hot wax on their body just so that they look good. Not to mention hair styling and grooming. They will shop for the latest in fashion to look trendy and stylish. Women are very conscious of what they wear and what fashion statement they make. There is a whole new range of fashionable clothes which personify both their beauty and femininity.
Beauty gives newer meanings and dimensions among women of all age groups, and is part of their character. It defines them; nay, it exemplifies them and is their biggest strength as well as weapon.

One of the ways to make a beauty statement among the youth is by wearing trendy tattoos which define their perspective of life. It is generally a mark on their body and this is generally made of human or animal skin. It is funny that the saying goes ‘beauty is in the eye of the beholder’. Why talk of the eye. The reason is simple. Our eyes are the mirror to our soul. One of the most beautiful and most expressive aspects of our face is our eyes. They provide us with the sense of vision, but also add to any emotion that a person may be feeling at any time. Be it love, hate, anger, joy, sadness or any other emotion, the eyes always tell us the truth.
Our eyes are protected by a thin layer of skin which we call the eyelid. T
hough it is nature’s way of protecting them, care should be taken not to let any dust, particles, dirt or external matter into our eyes. This can damage our retina, which provides us with vision. A soft cloth or water can be used to clean our eyes regularly. Cleaning should be done gently. The use of an eyeliner or eye shadow will accentuate the features of our eyes, and greatly enhance their beauty as well, while making you look good.
Our eyes give us the power of vision, and should be well kept. They will provide good service to us in return, and allow us to appreciate beauty longer.

Beauty is multi layered. It does not only mean patterning and shape of the physical self. It means the beauty of mind and soul too. The inner beauty of a person is what can overshadow the most beautiful physical being. It is the inner beauty which shows the true characteristics of one and its relationship with Supreme Omnipotent. The inner life force is according to some the most beautiful aspect which when harnessed can conquer all evil attributes.
Some of the attributes of youthful vivacity and energy are characterized
as beautiful as one around this time is innocent and not touched by the haunting needs of life. Hence this type of beauty allures the beholder and fills him with love and light and adds a healing touch to ones life.
The standard measure of beauty has been the same since eternity like big eyes, fair complexion, and tall body. But this is not the scope of beauty as almost everything that exists in the world is beautiful as it is the creation of Almighty God who has scattered all beautiful souls around the world to understand the concept of beauty in diversity. This concept is uttered my Keats in his immortal lines saying that truth is beauty and beauty is truth and this is all we mortal millions should know.
